“Chalo Tuk Mir Ko Sunne” by Vipin Garg has been described as the most ambitious work in Hindi on Khuda e Sukhan, Mir Taqi Mir (1723-1810) as the poetry lovers celebrate the 300th birth anniversary of the great Urdu poet.

Vipin Garg, while growing up in the northern city of Meerut, fell in love with Mir’s poetry, and at that time he didn’t even know how to read and write the Urdu script. Garg did learn Urdu, later, and now he writes Urdu poetry as well. He has been exploring the work of Mir, consisting of more than 30,000 couplets.
